March 2019 Council Meeting
1. IA Website funding.
IA Guild Launch website paid until 14 April. No payments have been received. There is now a crowdfunding widget to support the monthly payment.
2. Raid team.
Discussed the following issues, which will be attended to by the raid leadership on an as need basis. However, please note, you may need to remind yourself of the following:
2.1. Do not tunnel the boss; we need you to follow instructions and mechanics - not boost your DPS by ignoring them and not working as a member of the raid team.
2.2. Pay attention to cool-downs, such as you can only use the Warlock portal once per 2 minutes.
2.3. Ignoring common mechanics that bring damage to other raiders. If someone is constantly being damaged by another team member who is not paying attention - tempers become heated, and we all get frustrated.
It was noted that if we are going to have a change of strategy - the raid leader and deputy will discuss any changes before raiding. The raid leadership team will seek input when we are exploring better options; please wait until they ask for your input. We don't need several versions being suggested at once. Peeps stop paying attention after about two options are presented at the same time.
3. Materials
There simply is NOT ENOUGH being provided to support our raiding efforts. As we have raid team members off realm, the guild is not achieving the weekly payment of 1,500 gold for a Guild Raid kill. We certainly welcome our new off-realm raiders - but we miss that injection of gold into the Guild Bank.
To fix the dwindling funds and to stop, what appears to be, only a couple of people undertaking a huge amount of farming for materials, such as herbs, meat, and fish; we have decided to implement the following from the second week of March.
3.1. Guild repairs will only be available during raid times.
3.2. Feasts: Non-guild raid team members (3/19) are asked to complete the following: the provision of a feast every 6th boss attempt and a cauldron for flask once a month (between the three of you).
3.2. All Guild members are to pay a weekly contribution, of either: 1000 gold or a stack (200) of raid materials.
a. A stack (200) of herbs that contribute to making the flask or potion that you use, or
b. Half a stack (100) of Anchor Weed, or
c. A stack (200) of either stringy loins or Meaty Haunch, or
d. A stack (200) of retail loach or frenzied fangtooth, or
e. half a stack (100) of midnight salmon.
Thanks to everyone for their cooperation and the contributions to our Guild's success!
